I'm still here

It has come to my attention over the last couple of months that a handful of people actually read this thing every once in a while, so I thought I’d just make an update to say hi! I’m still alive!

Back in 2019 I spent a lot of time getting this site into some kind of presentable state before realizing that writing is hard and I am lazy.

I had some, uh, free time in 2020 and spent some of it writing. I actually have a couple dozen draft posts, mostly from that period, that I never got around to finishing.

But it’s a long weekend and it’s too hot to go outside so I have a couple I might drag across the finish line. Or I’ll just do another post in 4 years apologizing for the lack of updates.

My hair had grown too gray to pull off the old one, and I broke my old glasses frames, so it felt like time to do a new one with my new hair color and glasses.

For good measure I also made the glasses change color which I always wanted to do with the old one. I tried to keep the color palette relatively muted so changing colors would pop and not clash too much.
